As of recent, this term has been loosely defined and thrown around out there in the PT space lately..

As a result, it’s created a sense of ‘commoditization’ and a watered down version of what I believe it to truly resemble. 

You see, marketing agencies, PT coaches and gurus are claiming to have “Systems,” for their clients, 

When in reality they’re just setting up a few automations for your ads or basic funnels. 

So what does Streamlining your Systems really mean?

To me it means that your Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, KPI’s (key performance indicators), and Scalability assets are all organized, up to date, and providing you, the business owner, clear vision over the next best steps for your business. 

It also means that your day to day operations are smooth, your time is being used efficiently, and lastly, you and your team have clear responsibilities and duties. 

Having improved clarity on these shared, key assets of your business also improves the communication that must take place, leading to less frustration, disappointment, and headaches. 

Having built a Cash PT practice from scratch in a city where I didn’t know anyone, didn’t know what I was even doing, and going through all of the trials and tribulations throughout the course of my 8 year career,
